The first new cookbook is The Big Book of Kombucha, by go-to kombucha experts Hannah Crum and Alex LaGory.
The Los Angeles couple will be in town this weekend to talk about the book at Powell’s and offer samples by Portland label Brew Dr., an offshoot of Townsend’s Tea Company that’s made kombucha since 2009.
